SAM, the financial restatements are indeed curious. Let's face it, the revenues are microscopic....the Centerline agent to gross recalcs mickey mouse and let us not forget asset valuation / goodwill...the easiest of all...why? how many ways can you re-state zero???

Guess Dohan is one of those non-paradigm shifting old school companies that wants some doe rae mi before they post the death spiral
