Comments on todays PR:
- No comments has been made on how they are going to financed the two adquisition.Quite strabge! how on earth can a company adquire two "profitable" companys with 4.000 $ in cash as per the last 10KSB. Dilution......
- No comments on TCHH merger.... a bit strange.

Bearing in mind this two comment could be this PR an officieal declaration from PAVC that they expect higehr price from TCHH as per merger? could it be a part of an strategy to pressure TCHH to improve their acquision PPs price?

Just wondering......
