Interesting phone conversation...

with Muhammed from Comcast.

He pinged my computer and as the other Comcast rep said, my speed is good.

When I tell him I've tried a few different speedtest sites and the numbers remain consistently low, he tells me the results are wrong.

He says I should download something, time it and get back to him. This is ridiculous.

He's insisting that speedtest sites give false returns.
