These trades remind me of "kissing cousins"... where the action is all done for show. They are probably swapping from one "close" account into another, always at AON volume levels that prevent the trades from being done at a higher price, and essentially $2,500 changes hands from one to the other and then probably back the other way the next time...

How can this happen here? Well, IMO, it is not that difficult, because, until MCCY files their financials, there is no MM pledged to support this company's stock and maintain a fair value. The MMs are therefore not obligated to interject themselves into any Buy or Sell except as they feel it makes sense for their own profitability. So, they simply duck from "stepping up" on these large trades and allow two AON manipulators to create what appears to be dumping.

The SEC cannot criticize the MMs because they technically have no MM responsibility in this case because there have been no financials filed. That means the SEC would have to go after the traders themselves for manipulation, which is a hard case to prove. Meanwhile, anyone with a fear of being in a short trap has to feel good that the prices are staying suppressed for awhile, giving them more time to pick a spot or two to cover. So, most likely the MMs really benefit from it, at least those that are still short.

For all we know the "dumping illusion" may be an effort to do some slow accumulation among the two cousin-traders without allowing the price to climb.

This is pure speculation, but it seems that anything like this scenario could more easily happen when companies have not filed their financials in order to gain the support of a pledged MM.

What I'm more certain of is that this is all just meaningless in the bigger picture, because when reality becomes fully known the credibility of MCCY will be too high, the financials will be filed, and the support of the MM will become apparent and justified due to the market strength that is clear to everyone. In other words, the prices here are going to clim significantlyb, so enjoy these lows while they're here.

Two weeks from now, give or take a little bit, and everyone will know the real value of MCCY, and it is going to be a lot higher than we are seeing right now.
