From reading this board I get the impression that Slaton is the person who has the vision and who really matters in this company. The point is not if others will take over if need arises but if they have more or less his capacity. I don't doubt that he is healthy now but we all know that people at 80 stand a much higher risk of dying without much warning than people at let's say 50. I think it is totally unrealistic to make light of this fact.
