Review the qualifications of Sally Engel.

Research the qualifications/history of GSI Board Member - respected multi-millionaire and revenue cyclist expert Dr. Steve Phillips - a Clinton nominee to head the FDA - and the "younger" Hedge fund manager/medical related background - newest board member Michael Phillips. Look at their publically available resumes. Investigate and consider why these two parties would be on the board of this company.
