What is happening regarding financials is currently unknown except for the fact that Raphael has missed his own deadlines -- over a month ago he claimed an opening balance sheet was on the way. Also, since he can't even figure out which entities need to be audited (is ECT part of ECN -- it depends on what part of the website you read) it isn't likely they'll be done anytime soon.
