Local, if you would respond to Mav. I will not pounce on your response.

I believe you have said that long time ago it was 12.5 but in the last few years it is closer to a minimum of 25%, or more if multiple parties are involved. And lastly, with the price of oil, it could go higer and be OK. Is that correct?
