ironically....that is what the company said.....u just didn't believe it then....the only thing they never told us was that D wouldn't move forward cuz of K......i really don't expect a PR on that......thats in fighting....work it out and then let me know whats up.....thats what GTEM did.....all mide did was put all the stuff together in one place.....really go back and read the PRs about this stuff......its why mides post makes so much sense....the only part i did NOT know was all the 8k stuff.....but u are already supposed know that.....its your job as an investor to know the rules.....its not the companies job to explain them to u every time they put out an 8k....now that i know the rules that i should have already known.....i totally understand why this is taking so long.....mide is right there was alot happening in 04.....that will take time to go thro.....and then that has to match up......and whatever doesn't......then has to be redone and see who is making the mistake.....so given this knew info......the reports could take awhile.....mostly will depend on how good a job decarlo did......iow i'll give it till mid nov....about 60 days since D started......anything after that would hint that D is not matching up with decarlo.
