Forget about their business for a moment, taking out Cornell would be a huge fundamental change in the stock IMO. The better question would be is why a private investor would take out Cornell and what did they get in return for taking out Cornell? What does this private investor see in INRA that we don't?

I hope this rumor turns out to be true as it would be a huge positive at least over the short term. Performance at some point will take control again or it should.
