Thank you for contacting us regarding Hybrid Dynamics and the 1 for 100 reverse split into cusip 448608208 effective 8/14/07. The transfer agent and the company both confirmed that only shareholders who hold physical certificates will be rounded up to a minimum of 100 post-split shares. If you have any further questions about how the issuer determined who was entitled you will need to contact them directly.
