Nerd, apparently you read only half of my post...I said hypothetically....and because GTEM.PK did not post an 8-K we know no significant event occured.

Because if their JV interest has been reduced and the company did not make the requisite 8-K filing in the alloted time period than that would mean they were perpetuating fraud. Moreover, since we know that GTEM.PK is always forthright in all matters regarding corporate goverance it's just not possible. They don't want to be labeled just another South Florida Scam Company who slammed dunked investors who presented themselves as hoops.

Nerd, sorry we can't engage in a more vigourous debate...but I've been labeled a "threat" to the always impartial board moderator and limited to three posts per day. This sadly is my last of the day.
