Although I must admit that was when I realized for certain that Raphael was a real person. I heard how HE handled all those less than mature individuals and I gained respect for him. As a businessman myself, I can relate to the mistakes he made. We all do it. What separates the successful from the unsuccessful is how they handle those mistakes and how many times they repeat them. From what I see here, there will be no repeat of the Downshire style mistakes, and the hiring mistakes are being corrected. He is looking to give the PR reins to another who is more qualified than he. Recognition of your own skill set is also a sign of good business practice and making the mistake of trying to do it all yourself is another one that he has learned not to do.
All mistakes lead to perfection, or as close to it as you can be anyway.
Keep up the good work, Raphael, and you have the support of many of us here. Let's ride this ride as far as we can and at the same time let's make the roads safer for all of us - we could really use that...
