I agree. People are throwing around theories as to why ARCA and VFIN have been sitting on the ask... thought I would point out the elephant in the room.

I don't think Peacock has his sights on Billy Bob's at all... he had a smaller company in the bag with Elleipsis and walked. I still think there may be some complementary play to AERO going on here.
