Once again, I came late to this party. What happened
in the past with this company is not my interest
( necessarily ). I didn't own the stock when it traded
3-4-5 years ago, and therefore have no past with it or
its management. As far as I am concerned, it is a shell
with a new purpose, just like any other shell that is
swallowed to become something else. I have no opinion on
management, and will not form one until enough evidence
is in to render such judgement.

The only reason I have anything to do with DCUT
is the fact that I heard their name come up in conversation
on the mountain last summer, and have continued to hear their
name mentioned recently. That is why I took over the
moderator position, which had lain vacant for years.

The people involved on War Eagel are not idiots, and would
not give rights to DCUT unless they were given a lot of
money and DCUT showed enough evidence to indicate that
they could perform what they say they could.

As for YES, all PR firms just repeat what they are told by
management of their clients. PR firms are not judgemental,
nor is that their job or position. Whether or not what
DCUT stated in the past turned out to be right or wrong,
does not mean that the original statement was not correct.
Lots of decisions and statements in business turn out
differently than were originally planned or expressed. Being
wrong, or even not performing on a statement after-the-fact,
does not mean that the person stating the release meant it to
be wrong. On the other hand, it also doesn't mean that the
statements released were true. I have no basis, nor do I
believe that you have such a basis, to render a judgement
on what was a true or false statement rendered by DCUT
management in the past. Belief is different from court
judgements. As far as I know, no court judgements have been
issued against management for any wrong-doing. If I am wrong
on this, please point out the court and docket number.

As fas as the stock is concerned, I have no idea what is
happening with the stock. Obviously, DCUT is trading. It did
not go bankrupt, so the stock is still valid, no matter what
merger happened. We will just have to wait until DCUT wants
to tell us what is happening.
