Warp, I appreciate the fact that you included links with your "theory", but could you please cite...

In any of those links...

Where the SEC threatens "proceedings to revoke the registration of Company's securities" or charges companies with "violations of Sections 5 and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933; Sections 10(b), 13(a), and 13(b)(2)(A) & (B) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") and Rules 10b-5, 12b-20, 13a-1, 13a-11, and 13a-13"

in order to merely pressure them for their filings.

I'd look for it myself...
but I know it's not there!
