This Form 8-K/A has been filed in order to provide the final executed Registration Rights Agreement and the Form of Warrant with the schedule of holders attached thereto.

I'm contending this represents final executed Registration Rights Agreement and the form of Warrant.

Appears things have moved forward, no? I seriously doubt we'll see your 24% vig scenario. What do you think the accumulated vig will be?
