Acca is back on PalTalk. He was very upbeat. He said that there has been an organized covering of NSS shares of companies still trading.
He offered CROX and OSTK (Overstock) as examples.

If you look at the charts on these companies there has been a steady uptrend since April with CROX going from 25 to 69 and OSTK going from 17 to 30.

So who knows, he could have just picked these two because they went up but we all know Overstock has led the NSS fight.
