Exactly, I agree, with all that went on since the K boys came on and lack of information being given now they PR a non material event of a lawsuit against a former employee. Joe is innocent until proven guilty, be interesting to see how GTEM can prove themselves innocent.
IMO the shareholders should press fraud and deceit charges against both of them and sort the whole thing out.
