SAM, for someone that claims to be a long term shareholder you sure are working hard to promote doubt and spend a lot of time posting negative comments.

Agreement in Principle is indeed a strong term and much better than a LOI. Dealt with both and a LOI may or may not lead to a contract but an agreement in principle has always led to a contract at least in my business experience. An agreement in principle means that all issues have been resolved and all that needs to be done now is get those issues on paper and sign it.
