DICUT, INC. Announces New Subsidiary SILVER FALCON MINING, INC.

BRADENTON, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 15, 2007 -- DICUT, INC. (Other OTC:DCUT.PK - News) has submitted a board resolution to the State of Delaware covering a merger agreement between itself and DICUT KLM, Inc. and the creation of a subsidiary, SILVER FALCON MINING, INC.

The company still trades under the symbol DCUT and, once the necessary documentation clears both CUSIP and NASDAQ, a new symbol will be issued reflecting the company's new direction.

it is fact. I think we got the mountain.
