Several here are suggesting an effort to take the company private. What happens to existing shareholders in that case. Do shares get replaced with restricted shares of a privately held company, or does it just disappear?
Personally, I think a buyout is more likely by one of our "Partners". There is some potential value in the technologies that GTEM created, and at the price of the company today, a deal. Management gets to wash their hands of the mess knowing that they made a sound decision for the benefit of the shareholders.
