Are you really serious that you don't know the answers to the questions that you asked me?
You asked, "Who is the billionaire?" Well,according to previous posts on this board, John Beebe was in Forbes list of billionaires. I gotta admit, that one took me by surprise, but it was a PLEASANT surprise.
You asked, "Where is the money?" Well, if I am remembering correctly from previous posts on this board, Mr. Beebe put in 2.5 million dollars of his own money when he bought that gold mine.
You asked, "Does the billionaire have any experience in mining/energy/public companies?" Well, does Global Telecomm count? And as far as the others, I always remember what good ole Henry Ford said. He said that one doesn't have to have the knowledge, but one has to know where to FIND the knowledge.
Now in my career with the Treasury (and afterwards) I have had to work with many, many types of companies....and you know what? It doesn't really matter what a company does, what matters is how it is run. The basic principles are the same.
