who are the ppl (in the know) backing him?
does the billionaire have any experience in mining/energy/public companies?

just because you are a good surgeon, that does not make you a good electrician.

as for your millionaire wishes, i agree this is going to make many ppl millionaires in regards to the number of shares they own .... as for value .... don't hold your breath.
