Why did the SEC send this notice out just before Oct. 15th? What has changed? Why not hand it down months ago? Do they just want to kick GlobeTel into gear to get those financials out? Who benefits with this timing besides certain short sellers/hedge funds? What about those "initatives"? Were certain powerful entities with powerful connections and large short positions caught off guard?

"The Wells Notice stems from a previously disclosed SEC investigation of certain activities having taken place within the Company. The notice was directed solely to the Company and not to any current members of management.

The Company is working diligently to restate its 2004 and 2005 financial statements, bring all its filings up-to-date and continue with its previously announced initiatives."
