Vita Food Products Inc. (AMEX:VSF)

some brief comments...

- New ownership and board (very key)
- Possible that they will try and grow vs. history of flat revenues
- writeoff of $1.4 million goodwill 4th Q 2006. (Not expecting another, thus forward PE expected)
- Low Mkt cap of $10 mil compared to many other food stocks when Net income will come.... expecting mkt cap of $20-$30 mil
- down 52% from Year high... History to repeat
- 4th Q is season for this company

I think it's a watch/start to accumulate for the next 6 months.... as all bad news may come out with new mgt wanting to start fresh...
