I don't think it was a scam, it was just managed by too many without the right business background! The Russian's took us for a ride that couldn't have been predicted at that time. Now we all know what Putin is about, back to the old ways..... I live in the northwest and don't trust any of them, whole differnt culture then we grew up on....no honesty there!
