Thanks for the info. I didn't really mean the SEC needed to sign the 8K, but I did believe they needed to 'approve' it prior to it being posted. I may be wrong, and most likely am.

The SEC is supposed to protect investors, but I have recently learned that they are just another useless bureaucracy. :)
