Not sure what you mean by "SEC signatures".. The AERO CEO (Mr. Hunsaker) and the AERO CFO will most likely both sign off on the 8k... their will also be an Auditor's letter... but their will be no "SEC Signatures".. i.e. the SEC does not have to sign off on this filing.. if that's what you mean.. they can comment later but they will not hold up a filing.
Informally, there will also be "sign-offs" by the Corporate legal and accounting departments, which I can tell you from experience, can be quite challenging.
