Good job Wick. Finally somebody does some DD before drawing conclusions. Property taxes are generally paid from the escrow impound, not from the property owner directly marching up to the courthouse and handing them the money. If I should miss a couple house payments, my property taxes and insurance will still be paid when due - until the escrow runs out. This is also how the CBAY LV properties' taxes were paid. It's just SOP.
