I would think so, If Syed Hasan Rizvi is in control, whoever he is.

I would think the first things he would do is.

#1 get a phone

#2 Change the corporation records at the NV SOS into his name.

#3 Reverse Split the stock. He already sold all of CBAY's assets for 10 bucks then decided it wasn't enough. Of course the deal was to himself. Maybe you should offer him $12.50 for CBAY..rotf.. These two things should make his intentions to existing shareholders very clear.
