Poke, we know the results of Joe and all other former employees. How does getting insite into those ineffective, non producers provide insight into the future? The future is what is important, not the past.

All former employees are gone and good riddance. Spending time on the past focusing on people who are no longer employed serves what purpose and how does that affect intelligent decision making?
