As a public service announcement, Joe has kindly informed us that our Centerline assets will be auctioned off by the landlord of record on Oct.26, 2007...per this on his site..
He posted this without any comment. Therefore, as usual, I have some:
1). Joe claimed he owned this equipment outright.
2). GTEM tells me we own it by UCC titles.
3). GTEM owes the landlord some storage rent. (Maybe 75K..not sure)
4). Perhaps this equipment in its original state in toto is worth 1.5 million dollars, depreciated due to usage and tech dating, maybe at worst 500K. Yeah don't ask how I know...I know.
Some questions for Joe:
a). Given the list included in the ad, do you see anything missing..as you have photos and a very good close encounter with this equipment?
b). If there is anything missing, what is it and what in your opinion would it be worth?
For thoughts:
1. Wonder who paid for and designed this ad?
2. What happens on the overage due the landlord at auction and who gets it?
I see this as a potential positive.
BION,
