If I get restricted stock, how long before I can sell my shares?

You can't sell them until they vest. The most common arrangement is for a portion of the shares to vest each year for three or four years. At Microsoft, one-fifth of the shares will vest each year for five years. Once the shares vest, you can hold them indefinitely.

"Jag, restricted shares are restricted for 2 years."

All restricted shares 2 years or just Hemi's??????

Cash is King until further notice!!!

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
