Anyway, you have obviously shown that not in all cases stock is restricted for 2 years. But, I'm talking about 144 restricted stock and from what I can gather it IS restricted for 2 years. I don't know what Microsoft does and don't much care. We are on a pink sheet message board and I was talking about 144 restricted stock.
I've done my research on 144 restricted stock and believe my 2 year statement is correct with heavy restrictions for the 1-2 year period. I've done more than my share of DD for you so if you would like to research 144 restricted stock to prove me wrong then I welcome you do so but I'm done spelling out the answers for ya :)
