Full Circle Image, Inc. (FCLE) of Rochester, Minnesota is pleased to announce that it has received the balance of its funding from its institutional investor. It has completed its audit procedures and is now in the process of filing its SEC registration to become an OTC Bulletin Board company. Once the registration process is completed, Full Circle Image, Inc. (FCLE) will then become a fully reporting corporation and will be eligible to move to the OTC Bulletin Board Exchange.
