Not for long, what is it that you don't understand about the lawsuits, against Cal - Bay and his default judgements, read further on in the minutes........from Clark County site, default judgment was granted, so what does that mean? Do you think that Mr Rizvi will bale the whole thing out, not to mention the rest of the properties all around the country, Las Vegas is not the only city.
