I researched the first 3 residential properties that Cal Bay owns in Clark County.
Here are the Parcel #'s
124-25-610-060 Last Payment 10/01/2007
124-32-217-052 Last Payment 10/09/2007
125-01-410-026 Last Payment 10/01/2007

I don't know if these were deliquent in the past but SOMEONE is making sure these are PAID.... OUR NEW CEO perhaps!!!!

Again this is just the first 3 properties they own. Feel free to search the other ones.

So according to YOUR statement Cal-Bay is making payments on Assets that they Don't have????
