I also talked to the SEC and the form 4s were filed.
The guy couldn't figure out why CBAY would file a form 4 if they're not a reporting co. anymore. But did say that because they (form 4s) were filed with SEC . . . CBAY had to abide by the form 4 rules, and could not sell any of those shrs purchased until 6mo after any PR. but he could sell anytime before a PR.

did that make any sence ?? LOL


it might be just me but looking @ the form 4s in order from first to last, I really think he didn't expect us to notice the fileings (form 4s) and didn't expect the pps would run like they did. His first buys were little then pps started running and his buys got bigger . . . fast !! IMO he got desperate to buy before the pps ran up too high and it would cost him way more $$$.
