alstocks..."NO R/S is planned" what more do you need to know than that statement?...how about that the recent filings were a way to get paid in exchange of direct cash...that is no longer available? Lets see how this is going to work...GGI has some shares, John has some shares...raise the PPS and then sell them at the higher price...just as it has been working for the last 3 years...sell sell sell shares!
