discussion should be about this, re: gmfx....

on oct 4, 2007.... gmfx filed with the sec....

amending the articles of inc... to add/create 10 million preferred shares &

amend the artciles of inc.... to add/create/reduce the b common stock to 100 million shares....

NOBODY knows exactly what that filing really meant....BUT ALL WE CAN SEE IS THIS.....

ever since that filing.... the stock immediately reacted to the upside....

obviously, there are 2 sides here.... newbies who are loving this rise and are making money on paper.... and oldies who were CRUSHED by the r/s and who are upset with mgmt & (let's face it) are jealous of the newbies....

i can see why both sides are reacting the way they are, and arguing between the 2 camps... is useless....

what should be found out is EXACTLY what does this filing mean & why is the stock reacting the way it is....

-is it reacting as a direct result of the filing...

or is just a coincidence and ggi controlled.....

should newbies get out anticipating a ggi controlled dump...

should oldies get in because this filing is huge and we don't know about it ????????????????

these are the questions that should be discussed.... the sand-box bickering is childish....
