Good find.

But until Sam releases something specific about the project, we are stuck in limbo. Hopefully the dilution is done, but I think we will push to the authorized share limit when all is said and done. Think that has already been figured into the current share price however. So, unless SPRL raises the authorized shares, we should stay at the current levels until there is definitive news one way or another...
