AND, if my memory is correct, (which I think that it is), then yet another PR talked about the number of shares PHGI holders would get once the Canadian PHGI gets listed.

I'm pretty sure that it said that for every 5 PHGI shares held, we would receive 1 Canadian share...so it would in essence be a 20% dividend, which would be nice.

But once again, I don't know if that is still what is planned.
I hope that it is.
