It seems that share owners of both stocks have the same wonderment...RNVO has taken a substantial hit in share price as of late as well.
It is unfortunate that it is not known what the exchange ratio will be...one almost has to be an owner of both stocks to cover bases...which I was at one time.

It is interesting to note the range of ownership speculation on these mergers. fccn board is full of hyperbola about what percentage of how many millions they will get...lol, depending on day it is either huge or nothing!

Time will tell....
