I've paid a 15% restocking fee on electronics I've returned for no reason other than I wasn't happy with it. I didn't really like it much but I couldn't say I wasn't forewarned.
Same with auto parts, special order items and the like. Seems like high end consumer mail-order catalogs are the only place where you generally don't see a restocking fee for change-of-mind returns.
