Not sure if it is a ZCC. It does kill "two birds with one stone." Construction debris is a huge problem. States are limiting or outlawing the burning of such debris.

This means that in addition to selling the waste they can charge to collect the waste. It all comes down to efficiencies. What is the "net" when it is all said and done.

For an investor it may also be a "two birds" stock: 1.) It may make you a lot of money; 2.) you're saving the world.

I don't currently own GRGR. I didn't own it in the past and made some money. If I remember correctly, I bought it when it was call New York Log and Timber or something like that.
