I don't believe he bought 1 share. I believe the form 4's were filled out by someone who had no idea what they were doing. Thinking they needed to report the issue of new shares to the SEC to register them. IMO.

Look at the trading volume on the transaction date the 700m were filed on. There is no way someone bought 700m shares, as this entire thread was buying. On that day, in the open market, and didn't move the price. IMO.

Time will tell if I'm right or not.
