About the divi. When stervc was talking about using a divi to force the shorts to cover, someone noticed it go from .01 to .04 on pinksheets. Now I got burnt by pinksheets with ZIPL, so I don't trust the info without a PR. Not sure how easy it would be for someone to "update" pinksheets, but maybe someone tried to use it for pumping the stock. Awfully odd that it happened at the same time, but it's there for all to see.

On the real O/S... worst case scenario it would be 4 bil imo.

Now according to roger (again Feb. cc) he has the Pref A shares with 50:1 conversion and voting rights. I suspect that in this scenario that Rizvi needed to buy those 1.9 billion shares to take control of the company. Then filed the form declaring that he was the new CEO, simultaneously fired the scumbag before he could issue himself more Pref A, and prevented roger from any more legal filings including increasing the a/s to 6 billion.

Would that have worked? It started on the 5th with Rizvi buying 37mil. then on the 6th he announces Pawson's termination. He does this again on the 10th (why do it twice?). Then on 18th he starts his buying again. Would that not have given Pawson enough time to exercise his Pref A, and any other voting rights? There is no mention of him fighting this take over. I wouldn't doubt that he had those shares sold. Again I wouldn't be surprised that we have an A/S, O/S, and float of 4bil. If Pawson didn't worry about loosing control, then the 6bil A/S increase wasn't to regain control, but for him to dump a few more shares before he couldn't get away with it anymore. Maybe that's why the T/A refused him.

On the RE, do you have any info on that I could read? TYIA

Just wondering if it would be more efficient to pay the court cost, back taxes, and default payments than to do what you were saying. Cal-bay has been making payments on those assets, so they "should" be payed down somewhat. If he fixes those problems, and gets everything back into order, wouldn't he be ahead of the game, because Pawson put money into those assets at one time?

I think the delay we are having is do to paper work. The change in T/A is a sign to me that he's working on fixing the Share structure. Imo he's not going to announce anything until that is fixed. There by getting it fixed via the T/A, and the T/A via the DTC... if that's how it works. Wouldn't that prevent a halt? If he's after a short squeeze wouldn't he try to do this before Oct. 15 to maximize the effect? That all depends of coarse weather he can get the share structure in order before that time. Even if he don't there is still 35 days after to give it a boost. However he may not even be considering a short squeeze, it may just be a secondary effect do to him diligently working on developing the companies fundamentals.
