Dan Geery and I are actually business partners developing this technology and other very exciting innovations relating to hyperblimps and clean energy. We are making steady progress, but will let our progress speak for itself.
Having been a long GlobeTel shareholder since 1999, even before having the pleasure to work side by side with a very dedicated Sanswire I team, I fully understand the many challenges of near space, but remain confident that these issues will be solved with better materials and technologies.
As a long shareholder in the same position of many of you, I am hopeful that the company will in time recover. I feel that what the Amex did to this company was a travesty, based on inuendo in a kangaroo court, with the Amex as prosecutor, judge and jury - a no win situation for any company. Although obviously this company has made mistakes which have been costly for all, it is not a crime to try to strive to do difficult and important things. There is no doubt that conquering the near space challenge is very difficult, but the rewards are worthwhile (and not just for military purposes).
I wish all of the longs of this company only the best.
