Dilution:

An increase in the number of shares of a company's stock, causing the value of each share to decrease.

If you trade 1 million shares of treasury stock, valued at $1, for something worth $1 million dollars, there is no dilution because the value of each share did not decrease.

You are claiming, without proof, that management has illegally been selling restricted shares into the market. Fits in with your other unfounded and unproven claims. If you think it's being diluted by management, don't buy.
